This KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Retro black colorway was released in November 2017, several months after the first Air Jordan 4 collaboration by the famous Brooklyn artist – a gray colorway that droped in March 2017. The shoe features an all-suede cap like its predecessor, featuring a subtle tonal print portraying the cartoon hands of the popular Companion figure of KAWS. Under the translucent glow-in - the-dark outsole are the same hands. The signature of the artist ' XX, ' juxtaposed above the trademark of Nike's ' AIR, ' is engraved on the heels.
